Ce film mixe, par un montage ultra-rapide, des images tv, des photogrammes de film, des pubs, des images pornographiques, des photos de famille... L'impact violent que crée ce film reflète la confusion et la saturation visuelle qui nous submerge aujourd'hui. C'est une réponse au soir du 21 avril 2002. Premier tour des élections présidentielles françaises où Jean-Marie Le Pen est arrivé en deuxième position. C'était aussi la date de mon anniversaire.

This work is based on super-fast editing of images from TV, film, advertising, pornography... The firts impact reflects the perceptual confusion and saturation overwhelming us today, as we are flooded by a plethora of images, while the rapid editing avokes the modality of perception wich ours brains have become used to : the "quick glance". The primary aims of the project is to put acros a political standpoint and denounce racism. The 21st of april 2002 was the day of the first round of the french presidential elections. When the results were announced, and when I know that the right wing fascist Jean-Marie Lepen was selected, I was averwhelmed by so many emotions. The film tries to answer those moments, my answer to the deep existential crisis the I then whent throught. How to keep on going, how to fight, how to exist as an artist today...
